After weeks of stress, silence confusion from multiple departments, Dusti Was the only person who treated Me like a human instead of just another account number. She called me to let me know personally, that my account has been unfrozen and even went the extra mile to look into compensating me for the time and stress that I’ve been through. Her professionalism, communication and compassion, turned a horrible situation into something manageable. I truly appreciate her follow through, her patience, and the respect that she has shown me during one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a bank.
