2 /5 Chris Novak: I had used Trout and Leigh for approximately 9 years for both home and auto insurance. Over the years it has become harder and harder to get in touch via phone with them usually having to leave a message and still try calling back another day. A few months ago I recieved an email requesting I sign a power of attorney for home insurance. This was not discussed with me prior to the random email from an unknown employee. When I emailed and asked about the power of attorney I recieved a copy and paste email response. The level of customer service is disappointing and the expectation seems to be too keep things as status quo as possible. On the few occasions I spoke with Marty she was a wonderful help in getting me documents in a timely manner.
