Sure they have a cash management account you can use for direct deposit but all this transactions you guys are trying to do isn’t going to happen. Everytime you need to you can call them they answer. You will get fidelity on the phone, it may not be in exactly Clearwater but you can get them on the phone and any transaction you can imagine is on the app not in person like your local credit union. That’s where the frustration is coming from.
