He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and kind. I wish I could have worked with him when I bought a house out of state after having worked with him on two homes in Florida. I have recommended him to others and they too were extremely satisfied. Best part, when you work with Clay you have a friend for life! There should be more people like him. He is the definition of excellence and always exceeds expectations.

Brian set realistic expectations before entering a deal so there are no surprises, which is what appreciate a lot! I did a lot of research on property purchases within a span of two years but it nothing like what I learned with Brian within 2 months. I actually learned a lot more especially with the course he recommended me to complete. This has truly been a great experience! Also, kudos to Melissa King who also assisted with the paperwork! Not only did Clay do a great job on the homes I ended up in, he tirelessly worked out the numbers on houses that didn’t end up working out after inspections. He’s organized, easy, and quick.
