1 /5 Gary Carver III: My ex wife and I did a zoom call mediation where I was blindsided by all the advice ms. Toner gave her. Not to mention my ex mother in law was also on the zoom call during mediation.(not allowed) At one point my ex was wanting $3,000 for child support and alimony , my house and 401k. I’ve already given my ex 50,000 $ and it has been peaceful. Ms. Toner really stirred the pot. She was telling my wife to ask for cell phones and car insurance in the future for my 7 year old twins. Things have settled down since this fiasco. We will be agreeing to our original deal. I am glad to say we won’t be seeing her ever again. My opinion she is a hideous person.

5 /5 Penny Bocik: Toner Law Office ! Cant say enough everyone is amazing ! Kathryn is always so sweet and just a lovely woman. She always makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Gena was so helpful and has TONS of patience with us because we had a million questions. When we had an issue with custody for our son come up Gena just made everything so seamless and we had all the confidence we needed the day of court. I would recommend her to anyone who is going through a mess and needs a family lawyer.

5 /5 Travis Coile: Absolutely made the rest of my life bearable. The outstanding moral compass of Ms. Toner and her amazing staff is second to none. This attorney and her staff are driven to make a divorce fair, civil and as smooth possiable. No divorce is easy and she made a bad situation tolerable and did her absolute best !!!!! The court room day came, Ms. Toner was strong, confident and excessively prepared. The day was full of stress for me but seeing her cool calm and focused demeanor kept me grounded and confident I will never be able to thank her enough. To all the staff please know that I am forever grateful for all of your hard work and dedication over this past year. Youre amazing!!!!! To anyone reading this, ten out of ten would hire again !!!! Do yourself a favor, if your needing a divorce attorney call them !!!!

She was exceptional with providing us realistic expectations of what to expect with Court rulings, and she helped us develop a plan to give us the best results. Some attorneys promise the world to their clients and not deliver because they simply arent probable, but Gena was considerate in listening to our problems and helping us navigate a Parenting Plan and Child Support in a way that made sense and satisfied the Courts expectations. She knows when to hold back and when to strike in the courtroom in the best interest of her clients, and she made it very clear on when it was best to use her valued time in the best interest of our budget. Her assistant, Kathryn, was always so wonderful to work with and provided answers to our questions promptly. We are so grateful to Gena, and while we hope to never need her services again, we would 100% use them if ever they are warranted in the future.

I didn’t want to ‘take my ex to the cleaners’ but did want to make sure I’d have a roof over my head and be able to continue to afford it. Gena made all that happen! She is very down to earth, an amazing listener, and an honest, straight shooter. She definitely came through for me but also kept my expectations real. I hope you don’t never need a family attorney, but if you do, Gena is your best bet!
