1 /5 Tamara Zanvardine: I’m really frustrated. I haven’t been happy with this experience so far and honestly don’t know I have a lawyer. I’ve hired them as my attorney for disability, and I am disappointed with a communication so far. I’ve never once talked to the lawyer - it’s been over a year. My case was denied a few days ago after over a year waiting. The case manager is very sweet and the only person I can get in touch with, but I’ve asked if I could have guidance as to what files I should submit for the appeal for my best results and I was told I could not speak to a lawyer at this time that I don’t only be able to speak when I get denied again and go to a hearing. I was told the lawyer that’s overseeing it now won’t be the next lawyer and he wouldn’t talk to me. I think that’s crazy. Why wouldn’t they wanna win at this point? The only help I’m getting is filing paperwork which honestly Is very easy to do on the portal. What I’m looking for is For guidance and the best chance to win at the appeal level so I don’t have to drag this out another year because it’s already been over a year. I’m really disappointed. Thankfully, my twin sister works at Farah and Farah in another state AND is giving me guidance because she’s worked in disability, but it would be nice to have my own lawyers help me.

2 /5 Don Price: I was in an auto accident that was not my fault. I hired Morgan & Morgan to represent me. I was injured and the other insurance company took responsibility. I just got a call from my lawyer stating I am getting $10000.00, which might not even cover my med bills. She said she will negotiate my bills down and that will give me more money. No more money to go after she said. Case Closed. Update: I just talked to Robert(my attorney) and he explained in detail until I understood all of the legal stuff. I am much better after talking 35 minutes with him.

5 /5 Christopher Gray: My experience with Morgan and Morgan on my case that I had in March 2025 due to a car accident at work was exceptional attention and care. They where detailed and caring for me as one of there own. I will always be in debt to them. Mimi was my lawyer and she was honest and truthful and knowledgeable with the status and laws of Florida like the BI (bodily injury) that is not required by law in Florida you dont need to have in your insurance and therefore the case ended up being closed for me. However, I got knowledge and experience with Mimi and her team. Thank you! You all will forever be my lawyers and therefore my family know.

1 /5 Jim Uechi: Had a question i submitted. Ive spent at least an hour in the phone. 7 calls. Havent been able to answer my question about doctor paperwork. Today they called... to answer my question.. I answered. He said he needed to transfer me to a case manager. Why not just have them call. What a waste of time. The case manager picked uo and didnt know who I was, didnt have my claim info in front of them. When u do get all my info fir them, they say they cant answer my question because they are not a licensed attorney. I get attorneys time is valuable so keep them off the phones as much as practical. Im feeling insulted that ive had all these calls and each time they are unprepared, fumble through questions but then dont seem to fully understand their own operation. They assure me they are ready and wish to work on my claim immediately but every interaction makes me think thats not accurate. And still my question is unanswered.
