When we called, Lizzy was able to answer all of our questions and got us in to meet with Steve right away. Steve and Lizzy were very congenial and sensitive to our situation as our brother was headed for hospice care at home. Steve is very knowledgeable and worked very quickly to get us all the documents we needed to provide continued care at home. We are very grateful and appreciative of the way we were taken care of.
