I couldnt get anywhere with the claims adjuster, as they did not want to take responsibility for damages caused by their client. They work to make their clients happy. From my understanding, they have a smooth process which yields great results without requiring their clients to do a lot of work on their end. They help clients recover for the loss in value of their car after an accident. If a car is worth $10k and after an accident the car is worth $7k, they try to help recover the diminished value of the $3k.
