1 /5 Kim Wallen: Terrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Firm
I had a phone consultation with Mr. Tony in early October and at the end of the appointment I paid in full for him to review some documents and prepare a deed for me. However, the service I received following my phone consultation was appalling and unprofessional. After a few weeks with no communication, I left multiple messages, but no one returned my calls.
In November, I spoke to a woman who told me she would look into it and get back to me, but once again, I was ignored. By December, nearly two months after my consultation, I spoke with the office manager, who was incredibly rude & condescending. She claimed there was no record of my appointment and even accused me of lying about paying for the services, despite me having proof on my bank statement.
At this point, I have received absolutely nothing from this office, no service, and no refund. Its now been nearly three months, and Ive still heard nothing. Ive left another voicemail, but once again, no one has returned my call. This office is completely unprofessional, shady, and disrespectful. I’ve never been treated so poorly, and I strongly advise against doing business with them.
