1 /5 Bryan Aguirre: I called Weinstein legal team to hire a lawyer after my father who was put in custody and given a 2 week reset for a parole violation on a no contact order that the victim stated was receiving unknown calls. The legal team appointed a lawyer out of Fort Lauderdale after I told them the case was in west palm beach. The lawyer Jack Palmeri was very unpleasant to work with, he didn’t try to put a motion for a earlier hearing which was my main concern as the public defenders had it reset for 2 weeks. Additionally the same lawyer I hired was siding with the victim stating “she sounded credible” he seemed bothered and blew me off when I was vulnerable and concerned for my fathers health. I would have been better off staying with the public defender who also stated her claims were weak.
