First of all the service we get on the phone is always outstanding. We always are able to speak to a real person 100% of the time . In regards to the local office in St Augustine , Justin is amazing ! His personal customer service is top notch ! He is always there when we go into the office and gives us incredible attention . Minette, At the front desk is very personable and efficient.

Jordan Tompkins Parker & Pam are awesome at what they do! If you need to invest your money into any sort of 401K, Roth IRA, etc etc go see them!!! They know their stuff! Excellent office with great customer service, the best I’ve came across in a long while. Highly recommend !!

Lori King What can I say about Kevin and his wonderful staff at Edward Jones? Back in 2017 when my father passed away. I inherited. some money. A good friend had recommended me to Kevins company. I called and they got me in right away. Im not one to rushing into things, however after speaking to Kevin I knew this was someone I could trust and felt comfortable with. He was very patient with me and explained things very clearly for me to understand. It has been over six years since Ive been with this company and couldnt have made a better choice. If it wasnt for Kevin, Katie or Tina I dont know how I could have gotten through so many ups and downs in my life. Im truly blessed to be a part of such a wonderful company and to be treated like family. What a great amazing feeling. I would highly recommend you give this company a chance. My life is so much better knowing I can trust someone who has my best interest at heart. Thank you, Kevin, for everything you do. You really are the best. Love you guys.

Ryan Sikkema I would give them negative stars if Google let me. Terrible company to invest with. I started working for a new employer 9 months ago with an incredibly in-depth boarding process. In the paperwork the employer buried info about auto enrollment and how if you dont select out of it they will automatically sign you up for it and select the percentage for you. This started back in June2024 and I became aware of the situation in December2024. I have my own investments and a 10-year plan that did not involve a 401k with my employer. Sadly both the employer and principal are of no help. I have since put a force stop on the account so they cant take any more of my money. I tried To cancel the account and ask for a rollback check. The representative from principal was less than helpful. It sounded like I had just woken him up and his attitude was like he didnt care to be on the phone at all (he continue to yawn through the call as he started speaking). They told me the only way I could take the money out was under hardship which I dont qualify for and would have to pay back later. The biggest problem I have with principal is I have zero emails from them in 2024. Theyve had over $1,300 of my money since June. Due to the fact I wasnt aware of the 401k plan I didnt have an account with them until January31st. They have yet to send me anything that told me I had this account. They havent sent me any kind of statement regarding the account. They didnt send me an email or give me a phone call about the fact that they had $1,300 of my money and what I wanted to do with it or what their plans were with it. its February 4 2025 and my only option to get out of a plan I wanted nothing to do with isnt an option. They took my money without my consent and theyre refusing to give the money back. Theyre due diligence is terrible at best and if youre looking for an investment to take care of you through retirement I would highly suggest going elsewhere. Even after telling the guy on the phone this is my first ever 401k and I dont understand them. He was not helpful. He didnt offer me any literature or refer me to somebody else that could help. The only thing he cared to say between his yawns were You can only take it under a hardship. Its a terrible company to invest with and their name is almost comical after what they put me throgh.
