It was an uphill battle but with the groups experience and expertise, they helped me achieve the best possible outcome which accomplished getting both charges dismissed. I did not know anyone or have any recommendations, therefore I went with what my gut was telling me and retained the Fleming Law Group. I was very impressed after meeting Lucas and Amanda at my initial consultation. They were both up front and honest about their abilities to handle the situation and I never felt belittled, berated or have any sense of gas lighting from either of them. 5 /5 Steven Appel: When my sheriffs detective brother contacted his state attorney office colleagues to find the best criminal defense attorney in Pinellas County, they said to use Lucas Fleming and The Fleming Law Group. I did and it was absolutely the right decision. I was charged with some pretty significant felony offenses by my now former girlfriend that would have possibly landed me in prison. The case hinged on the deposition of the alleged victim. Mr. Fleming was able to cross examine this person during the deposition which showed her to be less than truthful about her testimony. As a result, my charges were dismissed and sealed. I had never been arrested before and served 21 years as a fire fighter. I needed an attorney and law firm to really fight for me and they did. His other attorney, Amanda, was also a powerhouse that brought so much to the table and was a great complement to Mr. Fleming. This is truly a great team that I highly recommend. His staff is also wonderful. They always returned my call quickly and I was able to see them within a day of calling.
