They only care about what they can make off of your injuries and zero on your health or making sure you get enough to get said injury properly taken care of. Calls, texts and calls not returned. Absolutely horrible firm!

5 /5 Melissa Branta: Amanda and her paralegal Regan are 2 Gold Medals. They both well surpass a bronze and silver. I am brand knew to the state of FL and one week after I moved into my apartment, I started a job when on my very first day in the first hour, a power tool instantly spiraled and broke my hand. It was so painful yet I continued working for 8 more hours having to use this hand. I knew this company did not have my (their new employees) health and safety in alignment with ethical and standing operating procedures that should have been taken to ensure that my physical health was not compromised more so! I was hesitant to contact a lawyer as I thought the workers comp insurance agent was there to help and protect me. I soon learned that is NOT the case. They represent the employer and not the injured party, ME! I researched workers comp attorneys but Amanda stood out. I went online and watched some videos she presented and contacted her office. I later received a phone call from Regan her assistant and I instantly felt assured, protected and heard! I did everything she asked with getting all the required paperwork (there is a lot) but if you want your case to be handled in a timely manner and with the best law group then step up and give them above and beyond and they in turn will do the same! I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to settle my case and I appreciate the time Regan took with all my long emails, questions, photos and documentation. I wanted to make sure I met my team in person so I did make a point to go to Berlin Law and sign my paperwork and yet again for my final closure signature. My gratitude for you both is immeasurable because I felt like in the end I really did WIN even when so much was coming against me. I also learned that Mr. Berlin is a dog lover so that also speaks to me about a caring and compassionate group that he leads. Thank you Berlin Law Firm!

2 /5 Paris Steynor: The lack of response and communication with this firm is quite simply off putting. They settled my case in Mid October of 2024, I was informed that average time to receive my funds was about 4-6 weeks, I did not receive the paperwork for 6 weeks to sign. I sent multiple messages via email and phone calls that were unanswered. Received and sent the paperwork back, sent in more unanswered messages asking for updates on processing etc did not hear anything back over next six weeks until I was asked to get additional paperwork signed by an agency, that required me traveling to another city to get. Looked at paperwork and saw that it had someone elses name on it. Had to get them to resend the letter to me. Still referred to me as male but I figured that was a non issue. Completed and sent back took two more weeks for judge to sign off on but no communication to me that required me placing multiple calls again. Was informed that the company had 30 days to send check. 30 days goes by its not there, asked for follow ups and communication. Was not informed what was happening until I called again gave me another timeline to check in. Finally they have the check! Do I have it yet as I am writing this review no sure dont! I was informed it would take 24-48 hours to process and I should get a call in that time, 48 hours goes by I initiate the communication again. Was informed that it was received and they are behind and call ended. Called back asked to place a complaint, got my lawyer who informed me she is having it done as a priority. Get a call Friday check is in the mail. Nope! They created a label but it wasnt sent out, called Saturday left a message it doesnt appear post office got check. Sent text as well no responses. I looked and it appears Its finally been picked up by postal service this afternoon 21 weeks and 5 days after settlement. But still no one bothered to call and say anything or respond to messages. It will be over 22 weeks when I finally have that check in my hand its possible some of this was out of the firms control but given the lack of communication with me it begs the question how much of it was their fault. Clearly the prompts from me should have resulted in follow ups with the other party why was I not informed of what was happening? Is it because they werent doing so? Why did they drop the ball AGAIN and not mail out the check at noon on Friday if it was a priority? All this to say no I would not recommend doing business with this firm.
