They worked with me throughout the process, providing me with all the help I needed to navigate this difficult and intensive process, letting me know all the many documents we needed to submit. They answered all of my many questions even when I had to ask the same things over and over. Mr. Jacoby was available to me throughout the process and his staff was always courteous and helpful. I cant imagine trying to get through this process on my own as Nursing Home bills piled up so I am very grateful for their help. Even after my moms death they helped me throughout the process of closing things out with Medicaid. I would highly recommend Lemieux Jacoby Elder Law Advocates when they need help getting a loved one or family member on Medicaid rather than trying to get through the process themselves.

He will not tolerate inappropriate behavior from his clients. He expects alot, because he puts a lot into his cases. He was extremely well prepared and also had me well prepared. He touched on things that seemed irrelevant to me, but were things the judge was interested in hearing about. I was skeptical about him in the beginning. In my past experiences, lawyers were only interested in cashing my check and doing the bare minimum. My experience with John Young was the exact opposite, the money was secondary and preforming his duties was the primary concern. He is a fantastic attorney, but an even better person.
