I only started to get somewhere with them when Hayley from The Bascome agency got involved, she went above and beyond in a very difficult situation and stuck with it , we finally proved them wrong and I was refunded and I no longer have to pay for a lender imposed flood policy. 5 /5 Hayley Hovey: Best agency by far I have ever dealt with. This isn’t a call center where you get passed around to many people. When you call you have an assigned agent that you talk to every time. The staff is great and educated me on how my policy protects me something my other insurance company never did. They are there to put you “in good hands” and get you set with the perfect coverage. I highly recommend this agency.
