We wanted to find out our options for avoiding the dreaded probate court and the waste of time and money associated with it. My mom already had a very general will. So, Chad explained all of our options and then told us the best plan of action. He took care of the hard stuff and gave us some great advice regarding things we could do to protect some assets, ourselves. I was really impressed with how he found the most cost effective way to proceed, while covering all of the bases. Kudos Chad! We will definitely be repeat customers!
