2 /5 Jessica Johnson: I had to initiate any and all contact. No information was ever shared about what was happening on my case or any updates. They filed for the Social security office to redetermine my sons case. Thats the only thing they did. They were paid $5000. They received there fee and I still had to wait a year to get my back pay. They still didnt tell me what was happening. I had to call and speak to someone after calling and emailing and getting nowhere. It wasnt worth what they received. I could have paid another attorney a base pay of around $2500 and had a better experience.

1 /5 Fawn Denmark: I was not impressed. I knew more than the lawyer did and filled out all the paper work I spoke to SSA all the time to see how my claim was progressing . The only thing the lawyer did was send an appeal letter. They sent me a bill for $126.00 and then took all of the money that SSA kept from me which was over $800. It felt like I agreed to a big scam. I spoke to the lawyers assistant and she was very abrupt with me saying if I hear anything I will call you. What was interesting about that conversation is I knew I was approved long before I received my letter from SSA and the lawyer did not know anything. I really felt ripped off and taken advantage in the end.
