At our very first meeting, Ms. Leonardo had printed out all the legal documents concerning our organization and identified a major problem that needed to be rectified in order for us to continue to operate. Over the next nine months, Ms. Leonardo guided us through every difficult step and resolved our problem. She was thorough, precise, and extremely knowledgeable about this particular problem. She answered all our questions, sometimes after hours and even at night. She was calm and patient with our entire group, especially during very stressful periods.
