Our then-attorney had retired, so we went online to find a new one and found the law firm of Paul Nessler Jr. and were assigned to attorney Karen Leonardo. That was our lucky day! At our very first meeting, Ms. Leonardo had printed out all the legal documents concerning our organization and identified a major problem that needed to be rectified in order for us to continue to operate. Over the next nine months, Ms. Leonardo guided us through every difficult step and resolved our problem. She was thorough, precise, and extremely knowledgeable about this particular problem. She answered all our questions, sometimes after hours and even at night. She was calm and patient with our entire group, especially during very stressful periods. I cannot recommend Ms. Leonardo highly enough. Paul Nessler, Jr. was very fortunate when he brought Ms. Leonardo to his staff. She is a jewel.

1 /5 Sam: Very unprofessional. It was a brief interaction with this firm. We had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Karen on a property for sale in Brooksville. The unit was an all cash purchase. After putting together a quarter of a million dollars in cash in 3 days. As we awaited the contract we were told would be sent within 24hrs. Only after we reached out to Karen, we were advised she didnt have time to call and they actually couldnt do it and accepted a previous offer they had that had already defaulted once for the same amount. The property owner was just as much of a problem as the agent, (A whole story in its self). However as a professional dealing with investors you would expect even a moderate amount of respect and professionalism. Do your self a favor and look into somewhere else. There are many great firms in Hernando County.

Hes saves us money and I believe put us in a better position than wed be in had we listened to many others offering standard advice. His ability to think outside the box, to cover all bases and to explore every detail to ensure things are right is comforting and welcome. Id recommend Paul to anyone.
