1 /5 Sue Edmondson: WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR TAXES. WE TOOK SEVERAL BUSINESS TAX RETURNS TO THIS FIRM. THEY FILED LATE CAUSING TWO COMPANIES PENALTIES WHICH THEY WOULD NOT COVER TOTALING $830.00. THEY MADE BOGUS ENTRIES INTO ONE TAX RETURN FOR WHICH I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER ACCOUNTANT $1300 TO FIX. THEY TOLD US THEY FILED OUR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS ACCOUNTS ON TIME, WE PAID AND PICKED UP ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER THAT THEY NEVER FILED. THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE, TO THE IRS AND TO ANYONE THEY TALK WITH. WE ARE FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE IRS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA BUT IT IS TOO LATE FOR US TO RECOVER OUR PENALTIES AND COSTS.

1 /5 Jamie Shafer: WARNING...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My husband and I moved here from out of state and decided to use a local company instead of our normal CPA. It took this company almost 7 weeks to complete our taxes. They had to file for an extension and didnt notify us. They didnt itemized are taxes like they were supposed to. They put that we sold our house (out of state) for almost $20,000 more than what we did sell it for. Which almost caused us to have to pay Capital Gains taxes on $34,000. They charged us over $400 to do our taxes and they were done wrong. And they never even filed them because I immediately noticed some minor mistakes when I went to picked them up. And of course no one was available to answer any of my questions. And the owner Randy Woodruff refused to give us a refund after he agreed the day before that I could pick up a refund check the next day. I am working with my bank to get our $$ back. We sent the taxes Randy Woodruff supposably completed to our CPA out of state. Our CPA discovered several issues with the taxes Randy Woodruff completed. And had to completely redo our taxes in less than a weeks time. And the cost was under $200. Stay away from this company or you will be sorry.
