1 /5 tenabell Harvell: When me and my son met with Mr.Rios he had our hopes up so much. He said he was going to do so much and that he could take care of this for us.Had us believing he was going to be on top of this case and get some bogus charges dropped and get my son’s license back....He was emailing the states attorney while we were there.Told us that this case was so easy that he wasn’t even going to charge us the regular price..We left his office feeling so confident and happy.Then ....nothing..We did not hear from this man or his office for months...we would call to try and see what was going on and apparently he continued to just continue or r/s the court dates..We didnt know anything...Finally after 6months or so of not hearing from him I called and asked the receptionist if we needed to find another attorney or what..He eventually set up another meeting with us and when we got there he basically didnt even remember what the case was about..all the stuff we spoke about at that 1st meeting was out the window..We went to court and he was a no show..I could go on and on...he wanted more money so I paid him more money...When we finally did meet the man for the big court date,nothing went as he had originally stated..No charges were ever dropped,one of them changed to a different charge but nothing dropped.My son still does not have a license,he will not return any calls...Dont waste your time here folks..Maybe our case wasnt big enough, idk what happened?? He should have never took the case or either he should of resigned as our attorney if he wasnt going to do a damn thing or didnt have time.Big disappointment..

1 /5 Heather Happy: Accepted payment in full and they acted like it was an emergency to pay and they never lifted a finger to do any work for this case. A young lady is rotting in jail without bail while they refuse to attempt to work on her case.

5 /5 Sebastian: Affordable, very familiar with the area and very good customer service. I hired them for a case - a traffic offense with property damage in DeSoto county - after hearing good things about the firm from three or four other friends and Rios was able to get my case dismissed after only two or three months. The office workers and legal assistants were very nice and very helpful as well. Worth the money. The only thing Ill add (and Im not docking any stars because I believe the firm did everything right, I think there were just some crossed wires) is that if your case is dismissed or finalized youll want to check with your PO to make sure theyve received the paperwork as my PO didnt receive the notice of dismissal from the clerk of court so I had to send a copy over to take care of it but it was quick and easy as the firm provided me a copy. Very good, competent local firm.
