5 /5 Chuck Wheeler: When I decided to start looking for a new place and needed a mortgage broker the first place I went was Google. Suarez Home & Finance Corp. had the highest reviews. My first thought was "nobody is THAT good". YES, Chris is THAT good. Once I decided on a place, Chris was on top of everything. She was constantly texting status updates, emailing documents that needed be signed and making sure I knew what I needed to do to keep the process flowing (which really didnt seem like much) and answering any questions I had along the way. She even showed up to the closing, which happened a week earlier than originally planned, to explain all the documentation that I was signing. You definitely cant go wrong choosing Chris as your mortgage broker.

She is efficient , patient, kind and by the end I felt as though we were friends! She worked it out and got the best deal for my husband and I and my daughter and son-in-law.
