1 /5 K E: Check other places first. Bad experience with this insurance company. And had them for many years before trying to file our first hurricane claim. They would not hep us. We called and they wouldn’t return calls. So we paid for our roof on our own. Their reviews were good so we picked them. Mistake.

1 /5 KE: I will not go into detail but our experience with Steve Bond was anything but caring and cordial. We have had both of our homes insured with them since 2018. We never had any issues. However Hurricane Milton took many shingles off of our home and we tried to file a claim. The home was built in 2019. My husband and I stopped in because it was nearly impossible to reach anyone at the company Bond provided to file a claim. Maggie called Steve and he came out of his office. We asked for advice and he told us very sternly that he was not going to give us any advice. We left and are still trying to figure all this out. We have never filed an insurance claim before. My advice is to do your homework and check out the company Steve Bond insures you with. We checked out the company Steve Bond Insurance agency gave us too late. Lots of complaints from BBB and terrible customer reviews. We didn’t check it out because we trusted Steve Bond Insurance. Big mistake.

5 /5 Joseph Greene: When my homeowners and auto insurance recently came up for renewal I was shocked, to put it mildly, when each was increased by about $1,000 for no apparent reason. Doing my due diligence I called several insurance agencies, some of whom didnt respond back and others that provided quotes that bordered on absurd. A few days ago I was driving down Center Avenue when I noticed the sign for Steve Bond Insurance Agency. Id been down Center Avenue at least a hundred times before and never noticed the sign. Spontaneously I pulled over and walked in. Once through the door I felt as if I was with friends who were there to help rather than with strangers who were indifferent to my insurance woes. To make a long story short, Steve Bond is amazing! He saved me about $700 on my homeowners insurance renewal quote and about $1,000 on my auto insurance renewal quote. Go see Steve. You can thank me later.
