1 /5 Allison Taylor: They handled the closing of the sale of my home and honestly it was such a stressful experience, especially since I was dealing with everything in a different time zone than their office. They were not great with communicating with me when documents were needed, and they waited until the last second to put together my paperwork, almost jeopardizing the purchase of a home in my new state. I felt like I had to do so much leg work on their behalf. As of now, I have 2 liens that have not been paid off even though the checks have been sent supposedly. The sale closed on October 31st. I am so ready to be done with this company. It would have been so much easier if I pay off these liens myself, then I could at least make sure it was done correctly and promptly.
