Brittany Blalock I cannot imagine that anyone would seek help from Ms Caldwell at a high point in their life. It was arguably one of the lowest points in life when I met her. Initially, in my shattered state, I found her directness, assertiveness, and criticism to be a bit harsh. Yet, as I continued to work with her, I realized it was her technique that forced me to stand firm, to be assertive, to get organized, and gave me the courage to face my fears. I found her to be authentic , communicative, and responsive to my concerns throughout the process. With the integrity of a nurse and the skepticism of an attorney wrapped into a tiny 5 ft frame, Ms. Caldwell is a force to be reckoned with. At this point, I do not know how my case will turn out - but I do know that her first priority was to get our son the help he needed and I know that she will continue to do whatever it takes to protect his best interests. Anthony Busby Ernie did a great job working with me on some tickets I never got in the mail for toll violations I did not even make. He got the 12 points removed from my license that Orange County placed on my CDL even thought I did nothing wrong. Ernie also got 2 of the three citations dismissed. Orange county still made me pay some court costs and a small fine on one of the three tickets because apparently you only have 14 days to contest tolls even if you never receive notice, you were not the one driving or the vehicle that ran the tolls you have never owned. So, what could have cost me 3 to 4k only cost me a total of around 1200. The system is definitely flawed but Ernie did a great job getting me the best possible outcome in a no-win situation.
