1 /5 Brandiann Garcia Salinas: This firm has failed to provided any communication regarding my husbands case on an ongoing basis since December of 2024. The lawyer missed a court date without notifying us, and now is asking my husband to sign documents in English without reviewing them with him in Spanish first. This attorney is Evan Pfeiffer and his assistant is Isabella. In addition, we originally were quoted a timeframe of 3-4 months by a different attorney, Ty Cooper, who apparently switched firms in April, and this firm did not make us aware until the end of June when we again reached out after not being contacted for months. There was a court date on July 23rd, and my husband is out of the country and the final court date is scheduled for next week. This gives him not enough time to complete required steps that he has not yet been fully explained to complete from Mexico. The firm has not contacted him one time to help him finalize this, and after reaching out via phone and email to ask for assistance, we were told he had already talked to them. I contacted him to inquire and he confirms they did not reply to any of his voicemails and he has not spoken to them since July 22nd, after multiple requests to speak with someone. I would never recommend this organization and while I understand they have had a solid track record, something with this particular staff has gone awry.
