5 /5 floyd everett: Back in April, I was involved in a very bad car accident. The state trooper didnt charge the person like he shouldve. It was a complete disaster. But thanks to Ron and Kelli(the owner and my attorney) I ended up being able to get another vehicle and some compensation. Kelli Prunner is an absolutely amazing attorney and person. Every time I had a question or concern she would immediately get back in touch with me, she treated me like I was family. When you go through such a bad situation, it really helps to be treated like you matter. I would also like to add that every single person who works there will treat you the same way. They are an amazing group of people and I cant thank them enough. Kelli even went out of her way to make sure I got part of my settlement in time for Christmas. If you get in an accident call Ron Sholes and his team. They will treat you like you matter and make sure you stress stays at a minimum throughout your case. The difference in our previous accident experience and this accident experience are worlds apart. Ron Sholes offices were communicative, informative, and patient every step of the way. I personally worked with Raymond Smith in the Palatka offices and can honestly say that he and the office ladies Lena and Leslie, are a complete delight.
