1 /5 Jose Vazquez: I obtained insurance through the dealership in 2019. Never had an issue UNTIL I needed to reach them. I have 3 different numbers they’ve given me to reach my “agent” and every time I call, they tell me I need to talk to Select Insurance, they tell me I need to talk to someone else, they tell me to call Progressive, Progressive tells me to call them, etc etc. The customer service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced in any goods or services. They ALWAYS take down my number because “they can’t access the system” and I’ve NEVER gotten a call back. Mind you, this is not for an emergency or to submit a claim (imagine). This is to simply add/remove vehicles and/or request the next cycles documents to prepare financially. The rudest most unprofessional insurance group I’ve ever heard of.
