1 /5 Rainey Captain Philip (Captain Phil): If you are looking for a Quote on your Boat and you arent willing to shell out a bunch of money to get a Survey done first, find another company because this one wont do the quote. Jump through hoops for nothing. Extemely disappointed. I wanted to get a quote as a Charter Captain for my 2020 GW 326. Shes in excellent condition, but after I completed all their application online and jumped through a bunch of hoops, then they tell me I have toi pay for a Survey before they will give me the quote. Thats just wrong. Dont waste my Time. Tell me that up front. Unprofessional and it feels like a "gotcha" move. Matt you really need to look at your business model buddy. You arent being up front with your potential customers and youre wasting their time. You wasted several days of mine.

Before I even opened the renewal notice, Matt emailed me to tell me he saw the rate increase and will be shopping insurance carriers to make sure I get the best rate next year. He also contacted the underwriter for the insurance policy requesting my rate reflect my current coverages and not the increased coverages the insurance carrier was including (knowing my house is more than fully covered under last years terms). Matt is an extremely hard worker, diligent, and responds quickly to both email and calls. Great guy and great agent.
