sandra taylor I went to we Florida financial in Miami a few days ago I needed help & this wonderful young lady by the name of Marjorie helped me I was so grateful to have met her & found out that shes also a manager there I know that I took up her time but she explained to me that I wasnt taking up her time that its a pleasure to help me I appreciate her even more for that I recommend giving her a raise she above and beyond for me I would like to thank her again such a nice person its rare to find great customer service these days

Patrick Shea Our family background - my wife and I are second generation client with Sara-Bay Financial. My wife parents (School Teachers) invited us to meet with Sara-Bay Team (Mike, Ben, and Chris) about nine (9) years ago. Our first requirement was for our Financial Advisor (Sara-Bay) must be a fiduciary advisor. Our second requirement was no mutual funds we wanted a leadership stragety and not the same cookie cutter approach. Our investments have done tremendous under Sara-Bay guidance. Yes we had very bad days however our investments are performing well above the average investments. Recently we installed the Charles Schwab app on our phones to follow our investments. I had an issue with one account balance not showing up in our portfolio, I called Sara-Bay (Chris) and he was able to help me solve the issue within the same afternoon. Suzi and I have recommended Sara-Bay Financial Corporation to many of our friends. We feel very secure that Sara-Bay Team has reviews with each prospect portfolio to ensure they are meeting their requirements.

My business partner and I were in the building meeting a client and were not aware that each suite had reserved parking, we thought the lot was reserved for the building itself. So we leave and a car had purposely blocked one of our cars in. Parked in the middle of the lot. We went to the suite to be greeted with an extremely rude receptionist and some guy in shorts and a t-shirt. First sign of unprofessionalism. They were both extremely rude and gave us an unbelievable attitude. She simply could have parked in the other spot for their office and left a note or could have been more understanding of the mistake... especially for guests of the building. For a financial office thats supposed to be professional and want peoples business, it was very disappointing. Out of the hundreds of clients of ours and we will tell our work colleagues about the experience as well...we will never refer 1!!!! That could have been handled much more professionally.

Alejandro González This bank branch seems like an island of tranquility in the middle of the panorama of other entities of its type that one finds in Hialeah, where there are many banks full of people, with little staff and excessive lines that waste a lot of time. For some reason that I greatly celebrate in this place it is not like that, and I have been a customer for several years, there is no noise, the service is efficient, fast, I have never seen a bitter face or bad treatment with any of the people, the people seem to appreciate their work and are willing to make your experience as a customer truly pleasant. This is something that is not normal in banks and that the company should value greatly since it is what builds customer loyalty and makes them recommend the entity. Miro Nicholas, the girl who almost always assists me is a great example of what a branch employee should be towards customers, I appreciate that, and I congratulate her for it. ​
