We did not expect her to win her case do to misrepresentation of the facts to accommodate the customers her company did business with expecting retaliation and compensation not owed to them. Therere too many details to include here but the point is knowing ahead of time that our success would likely be in the appeal process, Roger included extensive research, hearings, objections and denials to give the best chance for the appellate lawyers to overturn my daughters unjustified charges. Daniel Gray Very busy and takes some time getting through to your actual lawyer. Mrs Hoover is great though so I dont mind having to go through her. She always takes time to explain things to me and makes sure I understand whats going on with my case. Other then that I cant think of a good thing to say about the rest of them.
