1 /5 Cassandra Duncan: Worst insurance company ever!!!!
I renewed my car insurance in February 2025, only to later find out that my driver’s license had been suspended. The reason? An employee failed to send my proof of prior insurance to the new company, despite the fact that I did have valid coverage. Because of this mistake, my policy was canceled without notice.
I requested to speak with a supervisor, and the only solution offered was a new quote — one that was much higher than my original rate. On top of that, I had to pay a reinstatement fee for my license. There was little to no accountability or effort to fix the issue.
It took two days just to get a call back from a manager, who simply apologized and told me there wasn’t much he could do. I’m not the type to leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this terrible experience to help prevent others from going through the same costly mistake.
I understand that people make errors — but this level of negligence is unacceptable. Because someone didn’t do their job properly, I lost my policy, spent hundreds of dollars, and all I got in return was a weak apology.
