Douglas Swanson When you walk into this Bank everyone knows you and says hello to you by name, very personable. Ive never filled out a deposit slip, everyone there is always willing to help you with your banking needs. I dont understand why anybody would give them less than a 5-star rating. I have three accounts in this bank I continuously call up to make transfers from one account to the other, they always help me with it and never complain always happy to help me with it. Everyone should keep in mind, Nobody is perfect! All we can do is try our best and I think that this Bank does just that. Josiah M SCCU has the most and highest fees of any credit union I have worked with. They also combine this with generally bad customer service. They do tend to have decent rates but not any better than Launch FCU who have much lower transaction fees and much better customer service.

She took that information and made professional recommendations. It wasnt a cookie-cutter plan or response. She explained each recommendation and used language I could understand and relate to.
