Antoinette Johnson invested time and care to listen to my questions and concerns and took action. I never felt as if I was ignored or pushed along. All that I needed to be attended to was taken care of in detail and in timely manner. It was over all a brilliant experience. I highly recommend this location and team to take care of your needs. 5 /5 Patrick Lewis: The experience and the service with Pragasen and Allstate is top-notch! He is very knowledgeable and very good at explaining the options of insurance. Ive never worked with anyone in Insurance that could provide value such as he does. Without spending more on my premium. Hes also helpful during the claims process if you need him. But the Allstate app is very thorough and excellent in walking you through and setting up claims. The communication process that Allstate provides is more than good. I am informed every step of the way via email and text. Pragasen saved a me a good amount of money this year on my business policy with better coverage , which I didnt expect. I wouldnt work with anyone else.

I received an e-mail from this office in a matter of minutes, inviting me to contact them directly for a quote. I worked with Christine and Antoinette on building my policy and they were both professional, knowledgeable and personable. They made me feel like my best interests were as important to them as they are to me. I made a point of going to the office today to meet these fine ladies in person, and also met their teammate Jeff and the agent, Pragasen. It was a pleasure meeting all of them and I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs insurance!
