He was helpful and truly cared for his client (me) and my family, he did not sugarcoat the issue and gave the facts which I greatly appreciate. He had a step by step process that he laid out in good detail and he was very involved. He gave me the facts straight and gave me the outcomes outright, no matter how harsh they were.
