5 /5 richard baker: Wanted to save a couple bucks on auto insurance. I called up my agent, Ruth was the person who helped me. She recommended me to do drivewise she gave a couple options to choose from. She sent me some instructions on how to install it myself (of course I didnt understand), she also gave me the drivewise tech number so they could help me with the tech stuff because she did help me understand they are separate entity from their office and the office cannot access their system directly. She also offered to set time aside for me to come to the office so she could better help me. Since I prefer face to face interactions, I drove up to her office and everything was super quick and easy from then on! Please give these folks a chance they are great people!
