Jennifer Loch Maitland Jewelers is an amazing, experience local jeweler. I have brought two items to them for repair/re-stringing pearls and both times they have presented creative solutions and quality, and frankly stunning, work. In addition to that, their staff could not be more pleasant and friendly! The pricing is very reasonable. Lastly, their selection of jewelry for sale is unique and absolutely gorgeous! - I have my eye on a few pieces ;)

Flying Mama Anyone love cruises but afraid to buy jewelry on a ship? THIS is a wonderful company and Royal Caribbean ships are fortunate enough to have their fabulous jewelry and expert representatives on their ships. I have fallen in love with Zultanite and this is only one of 4 authorized carriers of this magnificent and rare gem. I originally bought my first in Turkey (believed that it was real because of the mine!) Boy did I get took!!! My hot pink zultanite wasnt real. Since then, I have bought many beautiful REAL pieces on board from these great people. Once I lost a small baguette and James (amazing owner) overnights me a box and repairs it no charge and overnights it right back!!! Try doing that at the large chains, lol!! They stand behind the jewelry 200%! And have rare, unusual pieces you wont see in every port store. I cant say enough. Love Krishna, Robert, Yogi, Assolf and I love spreading the word about this Zultanite to fellow cruisers and most all buy pieces after learning about the gem. Please people... dont go running to ebay to buy your fabulous fake... Real Zultanite is not hot pink! Its the colors of Fall!! Amber, green and "candle light cranberry " FABULOUS. Shelby Jackson Absolutely amazed with the patience of these wonderful ladies!!! I took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced after months of going back and forth about it. As soon as she got in the chair I could see the fear in her eyes. It took her quite some time to gather herself and for me to encourage her to do it. All the while, the 2 ladies working there (they’re names escape me) waited patiently and spoke words of encouragement until she was ready. THANK YOU SO MUCH for a wonderful experience!

Mike Bussell I brought my wifes necklace in because the clasp had broken. Mike at Ottos Jewelry had it fixed in no time. (I fortunately was there when no other customers were in) The professionalism, welcoming spirit, and kindness shown by the shop owners is second to none. You can tell that the craftsmanship, pride, knowledge, and experience that Ottos is is a class leader in their field.

Mike Connelly Underwoods is a fantastic place to do business. I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! I have bought several pieces there and am happy to call Underwoods our family jeweler.

Kristin Veltema We are very happy with how well it went to have my 9 year old daughter’s ears pierced at this location! Amber did an amazing job calming my daughter’s nerves. She made the process simple, clean, and calm. I highly recommend going here and specifically Amber for your piercings! It’s been 6 days since she got her ears pierced and they are healing amazingly well and we have had no issues with swelling or infection (following Claire’s cleaning procedures).
