1 /5 Anejade Laouichi: I was dealing with Floding issues in my apt and the only time needed insurance: no help and was ignored the whole process! terrible experience, 7 months waiting for compensation. Person taking care of my file left and no one took over and now they claimed they never received pics etc and wouldn’t refund a dime of my lost items although i am paying insurance and i am covered! now that its time to pay, Allstate doesnt take any responsibility and postpone their responsibility and making it so difficult. Unprofessional, bad faith, 1st time i deal with this as tenant and struggling. very very unfair. i am in my rights and victim of incompetent staff. very tempted to take legal action. if only a Mgr would see that review! so needless to say i am very dissatisfied with Allstate and they didnt come up clean at all. Not sure what to do to be reimbursed what i am entitled to. so much aggravation for no reasons. If anyone has an advice, i take it. Tks.

I was not impressed with Ms. Brumer when you are faced with serious problem I thought since her name was on my welcoming back letters but no corresponding dropping me. She would reply. I had a question but nothing. That is how I found out I was dropped. A gentleman named Favio T. helped me out. He knew what he was talking about and returned my call.

We also use an Agency in Washington DC and therefore have ways to compare and Pamela Brumers Agency as a result of outstanding team working for her is truly in a class of her own.
