1 /5 Anejade Laouichi: I was dealing with Floding issues in my apt and the only time needed insurance: no help and was ignored the whole process! terrible experience, 7 months waiting for compensation. Person taking care of my file left and no one took over and now they claimed they never received pics etc and wouldn’t refund a dime of my lost items although i am paying insurance and i am covered! now that its time to pay, Allstate doesnt take any responsibility and postpone their responsibility and making it so difficult. Unprofessional, bad faith, 1st time i deal with this as tenant and struggling. very very unfair. i am in my rights and victim of incompetent staff. very tempted to take legal action. if only a Mgr would see that review! so needless to say i am very dissatisfied with Allstate and they didnt come
up clean at all. Not sure what to do to be reimbursed what i am entitled to. so much aggravation for no reasons. If anyone has an advice, i take it. Tks.
