I was in the absolute darkest of my days trying to navigate a divorce as well as an injunction for protection from domestic violence and it felt like I had no one to turn to for help. When I spoke with Giovanni, his transparency, kindness and professionalism made it clear he was the right choice. Giovanni did in all of 3 days what I had been fighting to do for a year. My divorce is now done. My injunction granted. 5 /5 Ashley Brantley: 5 stars is not even as many stars as I could give Giovanni for being the best lawyer I have ever come in contact with!! If I could give him a million I would. He is not only on top of anything questions or concerns you may have but he also helps find the most realistic practical outcome/solution. He has been amazing helping me with a custody case I have been going through for a few years now and was able to finally put it behind us!! 1 /5 Mallory Mims: Well, one of the reasons I reached out to this attorney was because of the great reviews! From past experience, I decided to contact three different attorneys before I made my decision. This was my last attorney‘s office to contact. It took us a few days to get in touch with each other and I’m dealing with a time sensitive matter. I got off work a little late and had to pick up my four-year-old from daycare. I missed our scheduled call because of this. I’m a hairstylist and sometimes appointments run over. I wanted to get back in touch with him right away, so he knew I was a serious client and wasn’t trying to blow him off. Something to note: my son is a handful and has melt downs quite frequently. He’s literally having one as we speak. He has emotional/behavioral complications. Anyways I continued to explain to this Attorney my situation. My son was having one of his many meltdowns in the background. I apologized profusely throughout the call but assumed he would understand that a busy working Mom that needed to find an attorney ASAP has to work with what she’s got. It’s messy and chaotic, but that’s life! After pouring my heart out to him and explaining the entirety of my situation… Which I had to be super vulnerable and open and honest… He literally responds to me like this. I said, “So what are your thoughts on everything I just explained to you?” His response, “My first question would be do you think it’s appropriate to call me with your four-year-old upset in the background?” Honestly, I was shocked! Apparently he has no experience dealing with real life people and real life situations. If I had the luxury of waiting until my fiancé came home to watch him so I could have peace and quiet then we would never speak because he gets off work way past this attorney‘s office hours. One of the first attorneys I contacted actually had to talk to me through a mini crisis because my dog ran away while we were doing our consultation. They met me with grace, compassion, kindness, and understanding. Like you would hope an attorney would respond. My son was also being quite the handful that day as well. They never even mentioned it. So needless to say, I told him that we would not be a good match because of obvious reasons. I’d much rather pay $6000 to an attorney that will fight for me and meet me where I’m at. Sometimes that means being on a phone call with a pain in the butt four-year-old in the background. Again, just dumbfounded! Do yourself a favor and invest in good representation.

5 /5 Jena Rathell: Osuna was amazing. Truly a call you need to make if looking for modification of parenting plan/child support. He was truly caring and professional. Great person to talk with and walked through all scenarios. This was only a consultation and I was beyond impressed with the information he provided just with a consult. If anything changes on my end he will be my first call. Wish I found him when I originally did my divorce.
