Douglas Swanson When you walk into this Bank everyone knows you and says hello to you by name, very personable. Ive never filled out a deposit slip, everyone there is always willing to help you with your banking needs. I dont understand why anybody would give them less than a 5-star rating. I have three accounts in this bank I continuously call up to make transfers from one account to the other, they always help me with it and never complain always happy to help me with it. Everyone should keep in mind, Nobody is perfect! All we can do is try our best and I think that this Bank does just that. Tee W I paid off my car today and had to thank everyone at Argentum for an awesome experience! First they gave me a loan on my dream car with bad credit. Then when I fell ill and could no longer work they were there for me offering suggestions and solutions. Last but not least their customer service team is always fun and uplifting I just never dreaded calling them for anything! No matter who I talked to they made me smile and laugh. I even asked if I could get another loan through them! Lol apparently it doesn’t work that way but they helped me build my credit so that I’m very grateful for.
