I have to say this is the ONLY legit dealer specially buy here pay here dealer that offers an absolute phenomenal sales and service experience. They treated us like family. They helped us get a car that made us happy and also worked within our budget. Something went wrong with the car and immediately they took care of it and made it right. We were blessed enough to pay off the car early. If you have good or bad credit like I honestly did, YOU MUST come here. We didnt get lied to not one bit. Lady Love Again today I wasnt able to log into my account because their system was down. This happens often and its inconvenient. Phone hold time is too long. Besides these things, I do get courteous service.

Robbin Taylor This has been my primary bank for almost 10 years but I’m about ready to switch to another credit union. This new update is terrible. I can’t send money to a new e-mail or phone number through Zelle until they approve it..that’s ridiculous. A few weeks ago they also printed my new debit card incorrectly and I could not set a pin or use it and had to come back in to get another printed… again this is my primary bank so I didn’t have access to my money for hours. You call and they make you wait hours for a call back to speak with their “debit card” department. I think I’ll be going over to Tyndall or Innovations due to all the technical issues this bank has and dumb security measures. Update: PCU reached out to me and corrected the issue. The customer service from Keith Herrick and Shannon Williams was great. I am now able to send money as I please without restrictions. Thank you again!

A K I have blocked their number, only to be called a dozen other times with various other numbers. I’ve called back, dialed nine to be removed, spoken to agents, and still continue to receive call after call after call. This company seems to think harassing people until they cave in and accept their services is best practice. It is not. If anything, I’m that much more likely to file a civil suit against them. The calls are unacceptable. From now on, I’ll call you back and waste your time walking me through your loans just to decline the offers after an hours time each and every single time you call me.
