Sharon Areias I needed help regarding an estate issue for a relative I was the Power of Attorney for. The attorney who did the original estate planning for my aunt was of no help to me, and actually gave me erroneous information which would have led to her house going through Probate. I was referred to Attorney Richardson, and she explained what my options were, and was able to legally handle my issue so Probate would be avoided. I cannot recommend Attorney Richardson enough for your estate planning needs.

Ben C Doreen is very knowledgeable but extremely expensive. A simple divorce ( no trial, both parties agreed on a settlement) took over a year and a half. On the other hand Anna who was a co- Council at the beginning of my case then the lead council quit out of nowhere after losing everything he ever went to court for. When Anna took over everything Changed I would highly recommend Anna. She is very smart extremely sharp knows how to work with opposing council as well as manipulating them in a way that they don’t even realise. I would rate her a 10 out of 10. I can almost guarantee that one day she will be the best lawyer in the area. Doreen must have put a lot of time into training her because in my opinion she has surpassed every every Lawyer in the field that she practices in. I cannot say enough good things about her. Most lawyers won’t return phone calls for a while and when they do, they’ll keep you on the line as long as they can the rack up a bill, Anna is the complete opposite. She will text and email at all hours. Phone calls during work time plus after if it’s needed. She is destined to go far. I would highly recommend using Yahoo lawfirm and asking for Anna to be your lead council.

Frank and Courtney Tito Kristina is excellent. She is extraordinarily responsive and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for real estate transactions and would definitely use her again if the opportunity arose.

Shawn Cordner Recently had my first legal experience ever with a previous landlord who tried to take advantage of me assuming I would just cave. Sebastian Affordable, very familiar with the area and very good customer service. I hired them for a case - a traffic offense with property damage in DeSoto county - after hearing good things about the firm from three or four other friends and Rios was able to get my case dismissed after only two or three months. The office workers and legal assistants were very nice and very helpful as well. Worth the money. The only thing Ill add (and Im not docking any stars because I believe the firm did everything right, I think there were just some crossed wires) is that if your case is dismissed or finalized youll want to check with your PO to make sure theyve received the paperwork as my PO didnt receive the notice of dismissal from the clerk of court so I had to send a copy over to take care of it but it was quick and easy as the firm provided me a copy. Very good, competent local firm.
