Larry S. An absolute "class act" law firm. I knew the type of firm, style, representation and approach that I wanted for my case. Well, it came to fruition and started with my initial email, including some preliminary information, to the firm on a weekend. Not expecting a reply until at least the following Monday, Belinda Herrera, Office Manager, replied back to me that weekend asking if I had a particular attorney in mind, was so professional and pleasant in our email exchanges and our phone conversations that followed after the weekend to schedule a meeting. She has been consistently friendly, professional and sweet with every call and/or visit I have made to the firm. Well, next comes Jack Long, a very experienced attorney, who I had asked to represent me. BTW, based on my research, every one of the attorneys in this firm are highly qualified and I wouldnt hesitate to have represent me. Jack calls me from his cell phone that same weekend, while he is in California, to introduce himself to me, chat a bit about my case, and then asks me to call Belinda on Monday morning to schedule a meeting with him in his office to get started on my case. What attorney does that? That initial experience with Jack spoke volumes to me. Jack is not only a great, experienced and caring attorney who listens to your wishes as his client, he is thorough in his preparation of the case, goes in with a resolution mindset and is also a "good man". Jacks style is exactly what I wanted in an attorney to represent me. And next we have, Samantha Richardson, paralegal extraordinaire. What can I say, Samantha is absolutely fantastic. I felt comfortable with her from our very first meeting. She is so down to earth, sweet, humble, intelligent, proficient and definitely kept us all on point. Sam played a key role during mediation to get our case wrapped up that day. I am so fortunate that I got to meet Jack, Sam and Belinda who all added compassion besides their professionalism and knowledge to my case and I am also blessed that I can call them friends. Thank you Jack, Sam and Belinda!

pam garcia Big Disappointment. We were hoping to be reimbursed for costs for a new survey to correct survey monuments moved into our property by our neighbors, a wrongful arrest based on false allegations by our neighbors (which attorney did get dismissed), harassment, and additional outrageous false allegations by these un-neighborly neighbors, as well as for our crazy story to be told to a judge... We would have done better going to small claims court with no attorney. Attorney did not have a final meeting with us before our trial to review exactly what evidence and arguments he would present. Insufficient evidence was intoduced. Attorney claimed that evidence must be limited due to the time it takes to introduce each piece. You cant prove something without adequate evidence. Even in court, when I tried to say more, attorney stopped me. Attorney allowed the numerous false statements (perjury) by defendants during trial, without giving us chance to challenge their lies. After trial, attorney submitted a written "memo of facts and law" aka final arguments, without providing me time to review. 56% of the statements in this memo were patently false, had mixed-up dates, missing information, and overall argued nothing of substance. It made us sound like idiots. Despite my request for a court reporter, one was not provided... So what is claimed to have been said in court is based on "notes". We were not provided a copy of the Order in time to request a new trial based on all of the defendants provably false statements (and our inadequate representation). Our only recourse was a rehearing request, in which only the evidence presented at the first trial can be used, unless brand new evidence is unearthed. Although some of the evidence that was misconstrued by the court was plainly contradicted in the second set of survey drawings, it was moot because our attorney dismissed the trespass count because the defendants agreed the second survey corrected the moved markers. Rehearing was denied. I cannot blame the judge; he has to follow the rules. Its ok. This experience was an eye-opener for me on how our justice system works and how far off from the truth a final outcome of a trial can be. We just wanted the truth to come out in court. Our justice system needs a better method of taking in all relevant evidence before trial and evalating truthfulness of witness statements. Punishing those who lie to police and courts, should be a requirement in our justice system. Unfortunately our system of justice puts highest priorities on rules, precedents, and bureaucratic procedures and rarely, if ever, punishes those who lie. False testimony and lying to police is one of the major contributing factors to wrongful convictions. The fact that 2.5% of those on death row since the 70s have been exonerated (found factually innocent) is not a good rate of finding truth. I give 2 stars since our arrest was dismissed, although maybe that could have happened sooner if the warrant was challenged, as every accusation in it was rediculously false, even fabricated, and exculpatory evidence was not presented to judge.

Mike We contacted this practice for estate planning and could not have been happier. The friendliness of everybody in the office was so nice. I expected a lawyers office to be very stodgy and not very welcoming. Like I said the staff and the lawyers were excellent. They were personable and answered all of our questions. They spent extra time with us to ensure that everything we needed was resolved. What an amazing practice and I would absolutely recommend this to anybody in the area needing estate planning or any other service they offer. Another plus is they offer the MetLife legal plan services.

Alexandra Rene I am incredibly thankful and pleased with my experience with Trey Lytal and Robert Bradshaw. They took on this huge case for my family 6 years ago when we were broken, lost, and devastated. Any concern or question I had was answered with quickness. They listen, they’re kind, compassionate and patient, but best of all they’re great at what they do. Nothing will ever get me my dad back, but you guys have done your best to make sure we were good. 100% recommend this team. It was an absolute pleasure.
