1 /5 rebecca sarver: They lie lie lie! Their commercial explicitly say if you were injured from shrapnel from airbag, received stitches, etc... they will represent you. Its a lie! My son was in a wreck. The metal disc that held the airbag in the steering wheel shot out and cut his face. He did receive stitches and frankly was traumatic to him. Morgan and Morgan didnt take the case. They lie! I guess they didnt see enough $$$ for their wallet. If it isnt a high dollar settlement, they walk! Ill be spreading the word on X, FakeBook, etc...

1 /5 Robert Ferguson: I hired this law firm in April of last year to represent me in the accident that I had on my way to Orlando Florida with my family on a vacation trip. I signed my release papers in April of this year. It’s now July still no settlement me and my family is still in the shelter And all I’m hearing is a bunch of excuses. this whole process has been unacceptable even I had to get information on my own to help with my own case and Morgan And Morgan is asking for fee, which might be 33% to 40% and I did some of the lead work on my own case When I reach out all I’m getting it’s not gonna take much longer yet and still I’m bout to go into a fifth month with no settlement check make it make sense please

4 /5 Peg Corbett: On Election day an elderly man pulled out in front of me. At 40MPH , foot on break, I hit him. My foot was shattered. I was taken to the hospital and then released with the statement that my foot was inoperable. I spent an entire day trying to find a doctor who accepted PIP in the state of Florida. Then a commercial came on TV for Morgan & Morgan. I called them and two weeks later was able to get into a doctor. It never occurred to me to sue. Nor would I have had I been able to get medical care without legal assistance. Morgan & Morgan does run like a well oiled machine. I had a bad experience in the beginning with a very young and snotty case manager. I wrote to the attorney (Brent - Jacksonville) and was soon assigned to Juan. Juan was over the top wonderful. So kind, professional and just overall wonderful. On 11/6 I was hurt and yesterday I received a check in an amount that blew me away. Juan had worked very hard to get expenses reduced. What a great guy. Id have given Morgan & Morgan a five star rating however I believe their staff are overloaded. Both Juan and Brent were great at communicating but it was hard to get them on the phone. Not, I believe, because they didnt want to but because I believe their case loads are heavy. This is in the Orlando area. Car accidents are happening at such a rate that one thinks about getting on the road anymore.

And thats how they get their justice by making sure all their clients get the justice they so deserves, because size matters I really appreciate Morgan & Morgan for taking care of me and my family the way they said they would.
