John was accommodating, honest and candid about what could happen given time and perseverance. Over time the numbers improved and we were closer to achieving our long term goals. His advice of focusing on realistic goals and expectations, keeping to a long term plan worked well for us. Throughout the process it’s not only been John, the support team from day one hasnt changed and they are aware, responsive and professional. We have found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all realms of our financial needs. The same can be said for members of his staff. If I email him with a question, I usually receive a phone call from him within a few hours. My one-on-one meetings with him have been excellent as well. He gives me his full attention and I never feel rushed. The investment returns that he has secured for me have made my retirement much more secure financially. I highly recommend his services.
