Kimberly Miller Had a very embarrassing situation with my elderly father in law at the Bartow branch. Not going to get into details, but the level of dignity and patience the staff and cleaning staff handled the situation with was absolutely amazing. Both myself and father in law have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and I dont ever want to bank with anyone else because of how helpful everyone was. I feel bad that I didnt get the tellers name in my panic, but your staff is amazing. Thank you for being amazing people.

Judi Lund I dont know where the bad reviews come from but have been doing g business here since Lake Butler location closed and they have been great from drive-thru to solving problem with a U.S. savings bond over 25 years old to recommending who I should deal with there to get a better return on my savings, to taking me outside to at. And showing me how "new" system works. I travel every summer and never have a problem with using my card wherever.
