I am not a client, however I am an outside vendor who services sensitive information for Insight. I have daily dealings with multiple branches for Insight as well as their competitors. Everyone is quick to offer up a harsh word or two if something isn’t perfect, but as a society we need to get back to offering a kind word when deserved. That’s what I’m here to do. The Insight branch located at 501 Currency Circle in Lake Mary has within its walls some of the nicest ladies that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Always smiling, always positive which makes taken care of them as a client an absolute joy! Thank you for allowing me to share an opinion.

Elaine B There are many times when Cristian came to my rescue. Other than being professional and courteous, he really goes the distance for customers. One time, he came out to help me make a deposit at the ATM at the front, another time, he walked me through how to make a wire transfer. That’s why this is my favorite BOA branch!
