Azeez Ismailov I have big complaint to the Truist Bank. I’m truck driver in company CBA Logistics LLC since year 2020, and until today didn’t got my salary checks late. But, today my company’s representative notified me that my pay check can be delayed for two weeks, because their accounts was frozen by this bank’s crime department without any notice and explanation. This is ridiculous and I’m sure, that only Truist banks fault, because I know company where I’m working very well. I’m highly not recommend to do business with this bank. They blocking accounts without any notice and explaining. Now I’m late in my payments and schedules because of this banks big fault. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Cherilyn MacAdam I recently visited Frank Reynolds and Company and was greeted with a sense of comfort. I felt as though I was apart of family even though I just met them. Frank Reynolds (CEO) was very personable and helpful. This is not something you get from other CEOs of companies. Michelle greeted me with a smile and I felt as if I knew her for decades. I would recommend this company if financial stability is what your looking for.

OK OK The bank manager and assistant were incredibly welcoming and friendly! They were so professional and made everything easy to understand. Their clear communication was never pushy; they took their time to explain everything patiently. I am very satisfied and truly enjoyed opening my account. It was a wonderful experience!
