Mark Hoffman Sent a check from the home office. Accepted the offer. Was solicited to come to “Customer appreciation days” where I could supposedly refinance my loan and get some Christmas cash DENIED. Branch told me I would never quality for that amount in their branch Whose running this business? The home office or the branch? Wasted 4 hours traveling from Bonifay and 2 of those hours for them to check my credit Wondering if I will qualify for a refinance or another loan ever at this branch Paying $72 a month, it’s hard but it’s paid on time.

Shauna Allen The staff were friendly and genuinely caring, which was especially appreciated during a sensitive time when I was handling my late fathers accounts. They were kind and attentive, making a difficult process more manageable. However, one area for improvement would be attention to detail. Although the death certificate was scanned in during my visit, it was later rejected by Bank of Americas estate department due to improper scanning that cut off important information. This oversight unfortunately added weeks of delay to an already challenging process.
