Then she helped me thru the process and made sure all was correct. When there was a glitch w/ Health Sherpa, she guided me and all was resolved. I am so grateful for her assistance and sound advice!! Alien Russ if that is truly his name, he is rude, disrespectful and racist. I was translating for my mother when he told me “if she wants to live in this country that she needs to learn to speak English” then when I ask him for his name he hung up. I will take this as far up the chain as I can. He shouldn’t be working anywhere with that sort of customer service.
